04.23.2022 - NORTH CAROLINA MUSUEM OF ART // NCMA CINEMA: INDOOR FILM SERIES

We were honored to be part of an incredible film lineup and start the 2022 Indoor Film Series season at the North Carolina Musuem of Art.

 
 

11.05.2021 - SCREENING AT THE VARSITY THEATRE

We held a special early-fest screening of We Are Here at the Varsity Theatre in Chapel Hill in partnership with the Carrboro Film Festival. Paperhand Puppet Intervention Co-Founders Donovan Zimmerman and Jan Burger were in attendance to answer questions in a lively Q&A session.

08.06.2021 - PREMIERE AT THE HAW RIVER BALLROOM

We had an enchanting evening sharing the film with the cast and crew of Paperhand Puppet Intervention at Saxapahaw’s Haw River Ballroom. Puppets were on the scene and Vimala’s Curryblossom Café supplied delectable hibiscus tea and cardamom popcorn, both lending spirit to the film’s inaugural moment.
